Hub Wins Bronze at 2024 Tourism Awards

The Ned Kelly Discovery Hub has been awarded Bronze in the Best New Tourism Business category at the 2024 Victorian Tourism Awards.

The award recognises the Hub’s strong contribution to tourism through its engaging visitor experience and exploration of Glenrowan’s history and one of Australia’s most well-known historical figures.

This recognition follows a series of industry acknowledgements for the Hub and the Rural City of Wangaratta, reflecting achievements across design, construction, and cultural storytelling:

Mayor Dean Rees said the award reflects the combined efforts of many teams and individuals:

Located in Glenrowan, the Hub offers a fresh perspective on the Ned Kelly story and the region’s history, brought to life through architecture, technology, and interpretation.
