The
Ned Kelly Discovery Hub (NKDH) will be temporarily closed from
Monday 10 August to Friday 21 August to allow for essential works to be completed at the site.
During this period, all areas of NKDH will be closed to the public, including the public toilets. These works are an important part of maintaining and improving the visitor experience, and the team appreciates the community's patience and understanding while they are carried out.
Visitors seeking information about Wangaratta, Glenrowan and the surrounding region during the closure can access a range of resources online at www.visitwangaratta.com.au.
Alternatively, assistance is available in person at the:
Wangaratta Visitor Information Kiosk
Wangaratta Art Gallery
Ovens Street, Wangaratta
Open, Tuesday - Sunday, 10am to 2pm
The friendly visitor services team can provide information on local attractions, accommodation, events, dining options and experiences across the region.
While NKDH is currently scheduled to reopen on Friday 21 August, there is a possibility that works may be completed sooner. If NKDH is able to reopen earlier than anticipated, updates will be shared through Google and other official communication channels.
The team looks forward to welcoming visitors back to NKDH once the works are complete and thanks everyone for their continued support.
